Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
Please allow up to 3-7 working days to process your order.
All parcels will be sent on a Monday or Thursday due to the restrictions of our local post office.
Our domestic parcels will be sent express via Australia post with tracking, we offer flat rate shipping of $10 for express post. You will be notified either by email or text message when your parcel is on it way.
Free postage will apply for orders of $150 or more Australian residents only.
From time of dispatch your order is in the hands of Australia Post, a tracked service, after this time we cannot be held accountable for any lost items or delays when in transit. If you have any issues with your order after its dispatch please contact Australian Post on 13 76 78.
International shipping rates are $15-$28 depending on what zone your in, see below for rates. Your goods will be sent by standard international shipping with tracking. After processing time delivery is 6+ days. (depending on customs)
Local pickup is available for the Burren Junction area (Including Walgett, Wee Waa & Narrabri), please use code LOCAL at checkout and contact us in regards to organising a pickup time.
If you make multiple orders please email Em with your order numbers at harpermdesigns@outlook.com (includes domestic and international shipping) and she will arrange a refund on postage. Thanks

RETURNS
All our products are made with high quality materials and even more love. Returns will be granted on a case by case basis. Please contact us at harpermdesigns@outlook.com if your earrings have a fault and we will do our best to organise a return.
